Course Overview
There are major challenges facing the leaders of today who seek to shape organisations for tomorrow. New models of leadership are emerging to address these challenges, and these developments require a different approach to thinking about effective leadership. There is also an increasing demand for ethical and engaging leadership that enhances the performance and well-being of employees, as well as the performance of the organisation. This intensive five-day development course assists participants in becoming the best leader they can be. It provides leadership training in the skills required to manage yourself and other people and demonstrates how excellent leadership transforms organisations.

Participants will be encouraged to conduct one in-depth personal styles assessment (The Saville Consulting Wave), and one 360-degree leadership skills assessment as pre-assignments. Highly interactive lectures, discussions and exercises will combine to build a comprehensive picture of individual potential as a leader. Also, programme instructors will use their extensive experience to review participants’ development issues and challenges during coaching sessions. At the end of the week, participants will gain a clear and confident grasp of their leadership style and a tailored development plan to ensure continual growth.
