Oderasbm Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Oderasbm website, services, and courses (“Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of the Terms, you are not authorized to use the Services.

2. Definitions

  • “Oderasbm” or “we” refers to Odera School of Business and Management, the provider of the Services.
  • “User” or “you” refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Services.
  • “Content” includes all materials, information, and data available through the Services, including course materials, presentations, and assessments.

3. Use of Services

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and access credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • You agree not to use the Services to:

    • Transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
    • Disrupt or interfere with the Services or any server or network connected to the Services.
    • Use the Services for any unauthorized commercial purpose.

4. Content Ownership and Intellectual Property

  • Oderasbm owns all intellectual property rights in the Services and Content.
  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Content for your personal and educational purposes only.
  • You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, sell, create derivative works of, or otherwise exploit the Content without the express written permission of Oderasbm.

5. Payment and Fees

  • You agree to pay the fees for the Services as specified at the time of purchase.
  • Oderasbm reserves the right to change its fees at any time, upon reasonable notice.
  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the specific course terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
  • ODERASBM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
  • ODERASBM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR VIRUS-FREE.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • ODERASBM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ODERASBM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8. Termination

  • Oderasbm may terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
  • You may terminate your use of the Services at any time.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria.
  • Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Lagos Court of Arbitration.

10. Entire Agreement

  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Oderasbm regarding the use of the Services.

11. Changes to Terms

  • Oderasbm reserves the right to change these Terms at any time, upon reasonable notice.
  • Your continued use of the Services after the changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
