- ODERASBM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR VIRUS-FREE.

- ODERASBM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ODERASBM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
